no, i don't want to go to the gym and waste what little free time I have lifting heavy objects over and over again

I try to work out a bit. I have a physically active job as well but I want to get stronger which the job won't do. I cut out energy drinks this year. I drank multiple cans of monster a day for multiple days a week for a few years. I should eat more but I don't actually try. I'm lazy and very apathetic.

I am so demoralized by the world to see it through. If I get enough momentum to start, it doesn't last more than 3-5 days

I've lost weight by working out but it's at a snail's pace. So I've been skipping meals, which works, but it does make me wonder if there's something wrong with my metabolism if I can skip breakfast and lunch without feeling hungry at any point during the day.

I'm a lanklet. I'm working on gaining weight in muscle. 30minute workouts every 2-3 days consisting of push-ups and dumbbell curls at home seem to be working.
If anything, my problem is not eating enough, but I simply don't like eating and only do it when my body really craves food.

I'm 32 and get mistaken for being 25. People at my job who don't know me often end up calling me 'that boy'. I simply haven't aged much and it's probably genetics as my parents and grandparents have also aged very slowly and tend to be long-lived.
