I'm a lanklet. I'm working on gaining weight in muscle. 30minute workouts every 2-3 days consisting of push-ups and dumbbell curls at home seem to be working.
If anything, my problem is not eating enough, but I simply don't like eating and only do it when my body really craves food.

I'm 32 and get mistaken for being 25. People at my job who don't know me often end up calling me 'that boy'. I simply haven't aged much and it's probably genetics as my parents and grandparents have also aged very slowly and tend to be long-lived.
