Well, I'll never pretend it's easy. But find websites/apps that have a focus on meeting and talking to people, in areas that women are actually present in. Spend an hour every day attempting conversation with multiple women online. Try not to care about whether they will even like your appearance, don't think about them as dating prospects, focus only on having conversations.
