Caffeine and nicotine for me. I tried all kinds of things years ago and the side effects outweighed any potential benefits. Maybe my brain was working better, but at the same time, I was so distracted by the various discomforts that I wouldn't have been able to utilize it.

I didnt believe in nootropics until i was introduced to chlorine dioxide. A single dose (200 CC 5% concentration IV) cleared my brain fog
>>16728474 (OP)
The "nootropics" that actually deserve to be called "nootropics"? sure. That's like... some of them. Maybe a bit under half on the market rn actually work, but usually not too much individually.
>t. eaten a majority of "nootropic" molecules on the market, also got sketched out reading about several I'd never try.

glad to see another ClO2 user on here, normies don't really know it yet
i heard it even helps fight infections, the powers that be cracked down on that info during covid
>>16728778
If you look at the cancer clinical trials with it, the toxicity/side effect profile really isn't great. But there are some other "alt cancer treatments" with good efficacy against COVID and better side effect profiles, like Bromelain plus NAC: https://www.nature.com/articles/s41598-025-92242-y
>protip: that combo also has massive and growing body of oncology literature, but isn't a standard of care for anything yet afaik
Urudine is nice, but it requires eating cod liver supplements and at the least 2-3 eggs a week to supplement enough chlonin and DHA.
Lions Mane is daijobu, but again DHA depletion after 9-15 months
Caffeine is nice, but only if you don't have tolerance. Once you do, its barely a drug.
Amphetamin isn't bad, but just remember to fucking Microdose and plot in 3-5 rest days to avoid tolerance.
Melatonin is better taken at 1/8 or 1/4 via a dripper, 1-2 hours before bed. It also avoids waking up ONCE per night due it running out in your sleep.

no but thats not going to stop dumbasses buying chinese bathtub chems that will give them nut cancer at the very slight chance theyre going to become smart

Can you point me to those trials regarding ClO2? I thought the whole deal with ClO2 is that its very non toxic. Side effect wise it has some growing pains that I know of.
>>16728595
Never thought to use it as a nootropic unless your brain fog is caused by brain spikes. I just took some and I do feel some more mental clarity, but I will just attribute that to placebo in the meantime.
There is a link that gets treats it like magic, but will tell you everything you need to know. You can buy it in a two part kit for water purification advertised for hikers and such on amazon. I have personally drank ~650 ppm of ClO2 in solution. Its tastes and smells like shit in higher concentrations, but with normal use as advertised. You are only suppose to use 30 ppm in solution. You mix sodium chlorite solution (part A) with hydrochloric acid solution (~5% Part B) together in equal amounts and gently shake the two together for about 30 seconds. You take that and dilute it in more water (I do 8oz) then drink it. The link I posted gives you different protocols to use depending on intent. The worst this stuff gave me is some stinky farts. If you react negatively to it (diarrhea, nausea) They say to cut the amount in half. I did the week long protocol and it did not fix any of my perceived issues. But I do mix ClO2 and DSMO together and use it on my skin which has improved my psoriasis. Normally I just use 3 drops worth in 4 oz of water and use it as a mouth wash as well as ingesting it whenever I think I am catching something. Have not been sick in a long time. I also take NAC and vitamin K2/D3 supplements as well.

I can attest that DMSO is good for pain and loosening up tight muscles, allowing some real deep pops in old injury areas. The places that it is applied to does get quite itchy and red as it absorbs into the skin. I use a 70% concentration in gel form.
>>16730432 >DMSO
The solvent they use to treat a few types of cancer and arthritis? Studies suggest it works but nobody has a solid mechanism of action proposed. If you're worried about your kidneys taking too much aspirin too often, it's probably an alright choice. >methylene blue
It works to reverse cyanide poisoning if you're having that. It's also an MAOI, but there's tons of different things you could do for that effect, basically any herb or fruit is going to have the same effect. Seems kind of overrated.

Can you share what gel you bought? I bought some 99% liquid DMSO awhile that I have no idea how to use >>16730369
Also wanna ask, is there anything for tinnitus?
This is what I am using. Keep in mind that DSMO will drag with it into your system whatever contaminates it comes across. So its suggested to clean the area before application. The rule of thumb I have heard from other users is that below the hips 100%, below the shoulders 50%, above the shoulder 25% concentration. If you got the liquid form, you can use that by soaking a sterile/inert bandage. Some one recommend these,

In group A, statistically significant differences were observed for the โfunctionalโ and โemotionalโ subscales. The total score of THI and the loudness of tinnitus were also significantly reduced. No statistically significant differences were observed in group B. >https://www.mdpi.com/2039-4349/13/4/43

Tne body uses it to do brain chemistry, mostly using DHA and Choline as building material.
By taking it, the body skips a step(synthesis), and can go straight to building new brain stuff.
The reason it doesn't rank that high in nootropics lists, is that without taking choline or DHA supplements the body is still bottlenecked.

the irony is that unless you live in a trash pit and never eat out, all the food you've ever consumed is absolutely laced and dosed with so many different cleaners, soaps, and disinfectants its not even funny. don't even get me started on oven degreaser
seriously do you not use bleach to clean your bathroom? have you never bleached your clothes? frankly if you have never managed to inhale chlorine and its carriers means you're probably riddled with disease and parasites.

I think the pharma rep is just trying to maintain the 'ClO2 is the same as NaOCl' lie. They do this whenever ClO2 is referenced, if you don't already know.

With all due respect your post does not look like written by someone on miracle brain juice. Have you done any kind of controlled trial? Say, prepare a few (weekly) batches of this. Then prepare an equal amount of identically tasting controls. Have someone shuffle them for you, and go through them in the shuffled order, keeping a daily log of subjective experience and any significant health events.

I don't use the gas as its suppose to be dissolved in water. I used the two part kit and have trialed it on myself at increasing concentrations for up to 7 days. Starting out at 30 ppm increasing up to 650 ppm. Most I have experienced is a day of stinky farts. You will be put off by the smell and taste before suffering any negative effects if used correctly. Just don't drink 8 liters of the 3000 ppm concentration. I tried to get sick on ClO2, I really did. But I found it impractical to get there. It fixed my psoriasis for sure. As for a nootropic, it takes pressure off of my head. Its more effective as a non toxic disinfectant that I also take when I am getting sick. Prevents coughing sore/dry throat. As for my spelling/grammar, you can say that I am not a bot. I am also using an on screen keyboard so I miss sometimes.

It can be nootropic IF you are careful. Goes well with caffeine because of dopamine reuptake inhibition; first time I tried it I took too much and had a strong coffee - shit made me feel coke levels of euphoria and indestructibility but then I collapsed into a sobbing mess 3h later. Don't fuck with MAOIs unless you know what you're doing
