I got norovirus late last year and then immediately afterwards got extremely rough covid and the idea of getting them again haunts me. How do I completely prevent myself from getting sick as much as I could? I’m currently taking 5000 units of Vitamin D mixed with K2 a day because my vitamin d was critically low when I checked it a few months ago and I’m focusing on getting in shape. What other methods can I take to not get sick in a giant disgusting city like NYC?

I’m 30, and male, and am wary of the covid vaccine.

eat organic raw garlic and honey. exercise with genuine intensity when you do. cultivate primal aggression to fortify your immune system. cultivate the life force energy, dont ejaculate much depletes mineral reserves. breathe fully and figure out how to resolve your hangups because stress an unresolved internal conflict weakens you

Hypervitaminosis can be as harmful as low vitamin. Just vitamin D isn't enough, you need the sun.

Eat clean.
Patties and sausage aren't real meat, minced meat ground beef is shit full of fat if you are not boiling it, tap water is bad for you unless you have a filter at home, you need fiber, you need yoghurt (if not probiotics), you need to drink orange juice/lemonade daily, eat fruits and take a multivitamin, having protein or any heavy food late at night harms sleep.

Get into creatine, Q10, ashwagandha. It is not just for lifting. And since we in the topic, get into strength training and swimming (running turns you into a frail bitch and fucks your knees). Take magnesium and iron supplements. Drink mint tea in the morning and camomile tea at night.

There is no such thing as "5000 units" of vitamin D. There is a weight in grams you are taking.

Also, at least 140g of protein a day. Protein is the building block of your body, you need to have enough, ideally surplus.

They sell capsules in 5000 and 10000 units, I’m taking 5000 with added vitamin k2.

From what I see, immune boosting is woo anyway so who knows if it’s even working

I lost close to 8 pounds in 2 days and my stomach never really recovered. It was the worst thing I ever experienced.

I could bench 250 in my peak before norovirus + covid destroyed me. I am relatively buff and in shape.

It was a steak, home cooked, the last thing I ate. Threw it all up undigested, worst pain imaginable as chunks of steak ripped up my esophagus. Couldn’t even think of steak until a few days ago because I would physically recoil at remembering the taste.

International units (IU) are common for vitamins. 5k should be ok, personally I take 4k IU.
