Thin mucus constantly flows out of my nose and down my throat in real time, and it’s impossible to stop. It feels like a real curse. No medication helps. I just have to endure it for a few days until it goes away on its own…

Waiting for my gf (humble bragging hard) to return. She went on a supply run to the supermarket for ibuprofen, snacks and drinks since I'm on the couch with a 39.8c fever, clogged nose and the freezing/sweating shakes since last night.

I got norovirus late last year and then immediately afterwards got extremely rough covid and the idea of getting them again haunts me. How do I completely prevent myself from getting sick as much as I could? I’m currently taking 5000 units of Vitamin D mixed with K2 a day because my vitamin d was critically low when I checked it a few months ago and I’m focusing on getting in shape. What other methods can I take to not get sick in a giant disgusting city like NYC?
