well the more you have evidence towards one side the more its difficult to not assume its not evidence of that , and like materialists "in theory" have a shit ton of evidence , and while I do imply thier is more nuance to this , I do want to add spiritual people being slothful and confident are responsible as well.
this is without getting to the point that we kind of became lazy and self asured of our framework of reality and even are crazy hippies are kind of pozzed by materialism. this isn't necesarely a hit against materialism , it makes some sence we as how we are with our personality would try to become minmaxers of what works instaid of doing something new.
on the topic of new , as people try to overdo technology , math and the like , they do kind of train for a very specific type of logic , this type of logic is justified to be popular , but modern people are people of extermes , why become wise if it just makes you a midwhit on that , when you could go all in on tec and then become a neonoeblegod or whatever.
this becomes a problem overtime as even extremely smart people , can't even comprehend basic premises of a random argument correct or not , of stuff that isn't materialistic.
minorities tend to be mindbroken about this for some reason , they need to step up.
people really don't want this research to actually happen because they are afraid the government is gonna try to weaponize it.
the govermen might allready researched and is awere of any implications of this and is keeping this under wraps.
I want to retaliate , I think we are past a golden age of open-mindedness and materialistic academics were already inside the gate so to speak. the way people need research to work is in a way were its an undeniable truth they don't relly have to think about ,(among other things.)
