Not sure about hardest but he's for sure the shittiest, he features literally every gameplay issue typical of Souls in one big stinking package:
>visual clutter (so much it had to be fixed)
>shitty arena floor with random dips and bumps that fuck with your positioning
>shitty camera
>delayed attacks
>rollcatch attacks
>0 windup attacks like the double slash
>openings only long enough for you to get a single r1 in, or r2 if you're lucky: no combos allowed
>infinite poise
>infinite posture
>aoe spam attacks
>broken hitboxes
>broken hurtboxes
>broken parry boxes
>bugged phase transition
>janky nuke attack
>gotcha attacks that are normally dodged via a game's mechanic that now doesn't work (the unjumpable rock stomps)
He's the result of 20 years of shitty features fused into a colossal turd. He's like the Exodia of Soulslop. The fact that he coexists in the same DLC as the virtually flawless Isshin-tier fights of Messmer and Midra makes it even worse.
