I mean, sure. Those are new enemy types and all, but that's besides both your point and mine.
It's not so much that each mission has a totally unique boss (I mean throne Urizen is reused plenty), but that all the missions have a direction in their design.
For what's worth DMC3 and DMC4 are overwhelmingly like that (reused bosses in the latter's case notwithstanding), but in DMC5 you literally only have two missions that don't end when you beat something and the other one is V's boss rush which... is a boss rush.
