The destruction and violence will directly correlate with the amount of government intervention. Unironically, the best way to minimize casualties is for the government to do absolutely nothing; no mobilizations, no tactical strikes, no interventions whatsoever. Not even food caravans.
Knowing our government, they'll do the opposite of this and deploy the national guard, maybe even bring in the UN, and at that point all bets are off. Nigger hotspots like New Orleans, Birmingham AL, Chicago and Detroit will become war zones. Atlanta will be on fire.
White rural communities will be mostly peaceful, unless the government decides to focus on them as centers of unrest (which of course they will), completely ignoring Atlanta burning to the ground, and there will be protracted gunfights once the word gets around.
If the government focuses on white communities, expect air bases and military installations to be either subverted from the inside or overrun. Law enforcement will be completely overwhelmed, even with Bearcats and helicopters.
A community of Appalachian coal miners will completely defeat a UN task force and live like Jihadis in Afghanistan. Coastal whites will use chokepoints on canals and peninsulas to isolate and destroy military incursions. The real fun kicks off when another country decides to start a land invasion under the cover of the civil war; I am fully prepared to rope and skewer North Koreans as they climb out of the ocean onto my property.

One day he'll go to the pearly gates and they'll ask what he did and he'll say "EVERYTHING I COULD AND THEN SOME BUT THOSE STUPID FUC-" and they'll just let him into VIP
