Geburah works like this
>attackers in the SPECIAL slot deal almost all your damage, not the STRIKER slot
>is heat radiator not glowing? heal it, make sure it's glowing
>did an ice pillar suddenly appear? wait until its shield bar runs out (blue bar above HP bar) then attack it
>insane difficulty and above needs someone who can reposition everyone every 30 seconds or so, or else really bad shit starts to happen
