These games would be only figuratively dead and the few people wanting to play them could still play them if SKG was a thing.
As it is now, they are literally dead, unavailable forever even if someone really enjoyed them for some reason.
I'm happy they were huge flops, but I still believe they should be available even just for people to experience and see what not to do in the future.
