Its been a week or so, whats the verdict on Jean? Where does she fall in the tier list?

I stopped playing for a week or so because the current state of the game is shit and i'm waiting for Phoenix/new map. It also has a huge consolefag playerbase, of which i am apart. It never fails to amuse me that this retard keeps posting pictures saying the game has like a 90k peak player count for each day and claims it failed in the same post
