Happy birthday anon. Happy for you. Just try your best to not let your mental health rule over your life. Live happily and freely, and if it's difficult to achieve that, then simply strive to change things for yourself in order to accomplish freedom and happiness through whatever means possible, as yes, to much of the disagreement with some posters here, that includes going to a doctor if things are getting out of control for you.
