These Chink drowning videos have become all too common. I've seen a lot of them where people stand around and watch someone die and don't put in the trivial effort it would take to save their life. The only good thing I could say about that video in comparison to most is that it shows someone eventually hauling the kid's long dead carcass out of the water. That's.... something. But it would have mattered a lot more if they did that minutes earlier when the kid was still actually alive.
