Germany isn't a single voting block. Neither are France or other countries.

Representatives from it will vote differently, it will more likely be divided by party lines, with leftists more likely to vote for it while economic right will vote against it.

The far right will maybe vote for it, because its representatives are mostly far-right millennials who have grown to despise videogames because "woke ruined it" and will do anything they think will kill the industry

And the far-left vote against it because they are a bunch of contrarians and argue that "this legislation isn't doing enough for the working class and doesn't abolish private property anyway so we are voting against it".

All in all, it's a 50/50 that it past.
