I've lost a lot of weight the last five years. I started exercising and dieting April 2020 at a peak weight of 434 pounds. I weigh myself every day and keep a record of it.

this country has done the bare minimum for me while demanding gallons of blood, sweat, and tears
what do i get in return? whalley range is practically aspirational oh but i am afforded endless rules, regulations, and restrictions huzzah!
however would i cope if i didn't have the state breathing down my neck at every corner to remind me that even a modicum of liberty is a privilege and one which can be taken away?
i am shackled by legalism, immersed in poverty, and encircled by harpies who are just waiting to gouge into me and flay another pound of flesh - i will never find peace much less fraternity so long as i reside in this melancholic tartarus
