>Finally got into settings and turn the volume down by 80%
>Disable TAA, motion blur, and frame gen
>Start game
>It still caps out at 27 fps
Idk man I know I'm greentexting but this kind of scenario happens way too often in the last 5 years and I don't like it at all.
