I'd say that a Space Marine is overall more well rounded, but an Aspect Warrior is more adept than the an average space marine at whatever skill that the Aspect Warrior has devoted a lifetime of autism to master. IMO this gives the Aspect Warriors the edge when their Farseers can manage to expertly guide their aspect warriors to being in the right place at the right time so that each aspect can cover the other aspects' shortcomings, but that Space Marines are more capable of improvising when a plan falls apart.
