I play to impact my teammates lanes
I drop cannon waves to get a good roam off
Once they get ahead they get the higher op.gg score sure because naturally they have a 50 cs and 2 level lead over their opponents
Sure my laner might get some gold and my lead gets smaller but the game is so much easier to win once your high impact champs get stupid fed

Conqueror is actually BiS for Qiqi rn but yeah it takes some finesse to use.
The healing at max stacks thing literally doesn't matter at all. The important part is the fact it gives you like 30 AD when it's fully stacked which is 3 longswords or about a thousand gold worth of stats.
When you combine that statstick with the very high AD scaling of Qiyana's earth Q execute it adds up to a lot more damage than electrocute can offer especially in longer fights such as against tanks, bruisers or multiple people.
If you're just starting with Qiqi it's probably better to run Elec though just because it's a lot easier to learn her with
