It's very standard among actual Yone mains that know the champion, you buy 2-3 daggers and refillable first back, MAYBE brown boots and then rush yuntal.
BOTRK is really not a good item on him right now even with the buffs, it delays him way too much and it's a left over from older Yone eras.
If you get a good back you can straight up buy a B.F sword first item above any attack speed.
Yone current power spikes mid lane come mainly from attack, not from attack speed, his early is too weak nowadays to rely on just turning your brain off and Q3ing at people and when you do use your Q3 and W it's a calculated move to make use of the enemy laner fucking up, so a BF sword is your biggest spike.
Yuntal into IE is a massive early spike and pretty much frees up an item slot, higher elo Yone mains then go Zeke's because it does everything Jak'sho does for Yone but only costs 2.2k so now at the cost of way less than the BOTRK SB IE standard build you spike way earlier and you're way tankier.
Then you can straight up go into Bloodthirster.
Yasuo can get away with brain off rushing boots because he's been overtuned as fuck for a while but not Yone if you really want to push the champion as much as you can.
That said you shouldn't force Yuntal every game unless you're in like shitty elos of plat and below, maybe even emerald and below because better people will try to punish it.
If you're enough of a schizo/peak IQ 11 inch cock giga chad you can rush PD and never buy boots as PD is now only 10 ms behind AS boots and you'll get way more MS when you actually use it, only a couple koreans are doing this and it might be broken as fuck

Which reworks nigger they pretty much never do those anymore.
They stopped doing VGUs to focus on "gameplay reworks" and then stopped doing those altogether and now SOMETIMES we MIGHT get a very slight touch up to one ability in someone's kit IF THEY WERE ON THE LATEST SHILL SHOW
