Disingenuous comparison. Chapter Challenge increases enemy hp across the board to accommodate for maxed out weapons and they still delimbed very fast whenever the hits connected. Sigma reworked a few enemies like is ninjas by tying the delimb chance to their health, which makes sense for the more dangerous types like them and the red werewolves who were no different from the basic ones in OG despite being the pack leaders. HP is literally never a factor in vanilla unless it's an enemy you can't just immediately delimb and OT, which is moronic because red gajas and fiend is ninjas had enough health to tank izuna drops.
