I can't believe that any "tactics" of theirs couldn't be improved by shouldering a rifle, and aiming. They run up in ambushes at point blank range because they can't actually use a gun properly, not the other way around.
Imagine if they actually trained and invested in real firearms, and could actually shoot a kid wearing the wrong color from 200 yards away, giving them more distance to get away, and a better way to defend themselves from any return fire.
It also has the benefit of not shooting up innocent people in your neighborhood, which you claim to care about and "represent". Imagine not shooting kids in cradles in your beloved "hood" because you had to dump 100 rounds from your shitty Draco that you held over your head while shooting.
It's just incompetence, they do not have the part of the brain that makes people want to improve and learn.
