Not really. You previously said that vampires aren't considered youkai in the Touhou canon, and therefore youkai rules don't apply to them, except in PMiSS Akyuu explicitly refers to Remilia and vampires as a youkai:

If vampires are indeed youkai, and humans are the source of youkai's existence, then it follows that vampires could become pregnant as long as someone believes it to be possible.
