It'll keep falling because the main draw to the game whether people want to admit it or not is the narrative and they STILL haven't addressed the White Elephant in the room that is Wuk Lamat and Tural as the setting.
Until Wuk is ejected and the Wol is out of Tural for good then people won't come back.
