I'm sorry you don't like creepy girls shrinking people, eating them, and using them as sex toys. You probably prefer giant women destroying cities, which you know is also good, but variety is great, but shrinking is ultimately better for stories than growth unless they are both used together. Saeko could have just went giga and destroyed the world at any moment if she wanted to, but holds back until she has nothing to lose and a normal life is no longer possible for her once shes found out.
