You will find that a lot of anons don't know how to prepare a clip properly to maximize quality. For example, if you want to do a lengthy clip (over seven seconds), at somewhere around HD, and has a lot of shit happening on screen, you can save a fuck ton by having the source of the clip run at 30fps. If you've got a very short clip that isn't taxing, you then have the option to lower the CRF value. Getting it down to 10 is almost source material quality. When aiming for the best quality, you can end up doing rendering multiple times just so you can get the best results under the 4MB limit.
