The thing I've read that is probably closest to a traditional romance genre is Golden Boar.
It's made by the same lady who wrote monster pulse. She's the wife of the guy who wrote gunnerkrigg court.

All the other romance stuff I've read is more unusual. At one point I was reading a webtoon called love me to death which is a throuple involving a reanimated corpse (made by the same people who wrote room of swords).
