Cata got prepatch numbers from wotlk, most hyped xpac. Meanwhile cata is controversial, and usually claimed to be ass by many players even retail players. So we're switching from the most annoying raid tier+cataclysm falloff to another worst raid tier, kinda grim but i think the hype will cover it up
