The math in this is so bad. The main problem is they remove all the hours you have off work and then start subtracting days from that when they should only be subtracting the 8 hours you were working.

You work 8 hours a day for 261 days. That's 2088 hours.
Subtract 130 hours for their 30 minutes a day. 1958 hours left.
Lunch breaks don't count towards that 8 hours. I have to work 8 to 5 because they don't count lunch.
2 days per year sick leave is 16 hours. So 1942 hours left.
5 holidays is 40 hours. So 1902 hours left.
14 vacation days is 112 hours. So 1790 hours left.
So that's 74.6 days. One additional day off drops it to 74.3 days.
