Their "business model" NEVER made a lick of sense, they literally bragged about how they took minimal cuts from the talent's revenue in any way so how could they possibly generate a profit? NOBODY could ever answer this including the talents. This wasn't some unforeseeable mismanagement. Their entire model was a scam from top to bottom.

The company operated at a loss from the very beginning, except they had millions in SILICON VALLEY SEED FUNDS to blow up so they could act big and throw money around for a while to position themselves as an industry leader. But their only method of generating money was to simply poach more and more BIG 4-digit CCV indies with the same false promises. That's why they never fucking did events or anything else and just relied on fooling retards into doing the revenue generation for them. Which worked because they promised utopian visions of never taking money and those idiots fell for it.

When the seed money ran out, they stopped paying talents WHILE STILL RECRUITING MORE with the same false promises. The JP head even admitted that the new JP branch (which were gigaflops) was supposed to "make up the losses"; which of course didn't happen but hey, what's 5 more idiots that you never have to pay?

Now everything's crashing down so the CEO flees the country with the embezzled money. Shocker.
