Okay correct me if I'm wrong but isn't it totally insane, on a conceptual level even, to cut interest rates while the stock market is at an all time high? Why does Trump even want it so much, literally just to megapump everyone's bags for some quick approval gains? Does the average American voter even have significant stockmarket exposure?
