About the other weapon to core, would say a stat stick to have speed cores on it IF you manage to get ones not like the other guy lol. Viessa is a good well rounder character not meta breaking but will get you far if you like her and decide to invest into her, since you are new you will get bottleneck by catalysts and have to think carefully what you do with the few you have. I'm aware because I know someone on that spot rn.

Overwhelming hp, shot focus and maximize conservation you can pick one of the three in that slot depending on the situation.
Same stuff on mal just remove toxic and slap chill if you are planning to farm purge 10, that's it. Acg is good as well but can you aim and fly? If so just say so to give you one as well
