well yeah, as a 14 year old you're going to lose interest because the lack of testosterone in your system is going to make improvement very very slow, you also probably had no idea how to work out/when to rest. this is all pretty simple stuff but it's easy to get wrong if you don't know about it. you could look CRAZY different in a year, and feel waaaaay stronger, if you really wanted. still not interested?

look at that man, you're fighting as hard as you can every day to not be a nuisance to your family. Maybe the most you can do isn't as much as the most some other people can do, but if you keep going forward, 1% better everyday, one day you might become someone you can really be proud of, and I think your tolerance for uncomfortable activities will improve. You're a warrior in my eyes, man. And I bet your family really appreciates you.
