When I had some money, I bought a lot of decent scotch and bourbon like Laphroaig, Ardbeg, Four Roses single barrel, Woodford Reserve Double Oaked, or red wine in the $15-20 range. Fresh local IPAs, triples or imperials, the kind of shit that's $5 a can. During October, it'd be lots of pumpkin beers, red wine, and absinthe. Occasionally standard cocktails like manhattans or martinis, but usually just straight booze.
Now I'm down to Yuengling beer, Wild Turkey 101, and boxed wines (drinking Bota Box Dark Malbec right now, which coincidentally has a very Halloweeny design), and occasionally Beefeater gin and Johnnie Walker black label. I'm a shadow of what I was
