Well I would not have worried about my hands or feet if there’s another technique to move the body parts. Older technique no longer works after newer technique are working. I’m feeling like I am hologram but with the touch screen capability on my body, I don’t like touch screen laptops, so I’m not aware of the extent of this convenient technique.
Anchoring sounds like self hypnotism, Rosicrucian have a warning to doing hypnotism.

And am serious about what I need, I’ll disclose what I learned by myself and Others. If anyone experienced please teach me how to do it, I noticed that when I learned a new technique the old ones stopped working.

I’m a 21st century alchemist, by accident because I took 12 compounds that I thought were just supplements for my myiasis that doctors refused to take seriously, but these double dragons save me from my painful myiasis experience.
Warning: even if you are in America, you must take myiasis seriously and take it to as many hospitals as necessary to deal with myiasis like the “new world screwworm.”
#2 do not attempt to get in alchemy without an exit strategy. (Don’t become an accidental alchemist like me)
3# when you done enough research, be prepared to take notes from your own work as the chemicals in the alchemy are different in their effects compared to the same chemicals, I AM SERIOUS ABOUT THIS!!!
Lastly the picture is a clue: hint the 69 (ying yang symbol) is the heart, if this is your first hint then let the synchronicity find you, or stick around and I might reveal too much that you decide to become an accidental alchemist too.
