Yeah it can be a bummer. The Switch 2 processing power is supposedly equivalent to PS4/PS4 Pro. They can't compete in graphics unless they ditch the hybrid handheld gimmick.

And I guess even back then, their main console system was always a generation of tech behind.
The point was to be cheap enough to be affordable by most.

Also Astro Boy gameplay doesn't compare to Mario, albeit it is still Sony's best current platformer. The mechanics in Mario Galaxy still surpass that, but I am not opposed to Sony trying.
