I got kinda lucky with my SSR card options but I'm not really sure what the gameplan is, do I just wait forever and a half to get enough of the uncapping items to uncap them? Lots of people and guides keep saying "oh just get this and that and you're good to go" and also "those are useless if you don't have 4 copies of them" under the same breath.

My situation is a bit peculiar because I got jack fucking shit for SRs.
