Why Gen 10 getting announced on this month's Pokémon Presents with a release date for Pokémon Day 2026 is a possibility.

1. The upcoming Presents is coming up on 7/22. If you put it backwards, it will be 2/27.

2. Pokémon Day 2026 is on a Friday, which is the day games that begin new generations often get released on.

Sure it would overshadow Z-A, but it would mean that Z-A is supposed to be a filler game to hold fans over until Gen 10 comes out.
