tip head loader building floors (Job of a dozer but with a loader),
crushing plant operator,
17-180 meter EWP
and 20 tonne non slewing crane.
How hard would it be for me to find a job in these states and what kind of pay could i expect?

It does not surprise me at all, as a truck driver if you were driving your truck would you drive within 10 meters of pic related while it is approaching you at 30km/h with 15-20 tonnes of material in the bucket expecting it to stop?
