A schedule/routine is inherently good for anyone. It saves a ton of mental energy for important stuf and let's you get regular sleep cycles.
I notice that your schedule omits cleaning, cooking, and so on as well as only having one meal.
Just as importantly, I see no time for hobbies , friends, or family.
Be sure to ease in, as well.

Looking at the most common threads asking for advice I see some common underlying issues: the people asking for advice are tentative in how they approach life; the people asking for advice have a scattered, disorganized life,and; the people asking for advice see change as a daunting, nigh impossible, task.
