Btw, seems like close grip palm up pulldowns are fixing my tendinitis as they if I'm not mistaken isolate the short head. Still early to tell as I only did them only twice, but both my arms feel better than before I started doing them. We'll see, but I'm full of hope now.
My side delts (especially the left) feel like shit though since monday when I did some lean-away cable lat raises. Humbling exercise but it sure as fuck kills the side delts.
