Y'know I should checked sooner what the base resolution of Deltarune is because I always assumed it was 320x180 or some random bullshit but it's actually 640x480.
You can confirm this by checking the sprites because the battle UI is sprited 1:1 and 640x480 and that can scale into 1280x960.
The sprites for characters/most things is simply scaled up x2 to look bigger and then scaled up further when moving up resolutions which allows for tricks with how everything looks and made.
Only thing I'm wondering is how they handle actually doing this since this x2 scaling is applied in the editor/dev environment but that's a lot of objects to scale up, unless it's simply that the "world" object/node holding everything has its scale set to x2 and that's it.
Idk what other games even do this, never even seen this trick mentioned anywhere. Idk how it would even be handled in an easy way.

I think Gaster is playing a direct role simply because he lets you refight the knight over and over until you either give up or win (plus it's HIS DELTARUNE)
Only guesses I've seen for second voice are Kris, Dess, or Carol somehow, don't know who I think it is since there's no good evidence yet
