I did not mean modified as in jury rigged, I was simply copy and pasting how the mechanism was designed to be modified for different amounts of burst fires. Modified in this sense as in designed at the shop.

I too am curious about whether A2 ended up marrying that tranny and that's why he had to resort to IVF surrogacy. But whatever, to each their own. It is kinda ironic though. It's an interesting idea, but I think the Colt 605 is even more interesting. Seriously what was up with that selector. Did anyone like it?
