No, Invis Woman only has to hold down M1 to be a better and more consistent moment to moment healer on a single target.
Invisible Woman holding down M1 on a target does 184 healing per second.
Keep in mind your mentality of "if allies group up in the bubble" which means IW could also heal multiple enemies, potentially deal damage to allies, etc. which makes C&D also more inflexible in that scenario.
Meanwhile C&D can ONLY match that Invis Woman M1 healing for a single second if they blow all of their healing cooldowns (veil and then storm).
Then for 4s after that they heal 28 healing per second less. Then when Veil is not active or on cooldown that's 49 less healing per second IF they are also in dagger storm while you spam daggers.
C&D players have absolutely no handle on how much (read: little) their hero actually heals moment to moment.
