I can't decide if I should keep playing Comp Stomp for easy marks of honor, Level my alt army, or do delves on my alts for Resonance Crystals...

How can they make the city relevant to all players? And not only that, it has to fulfill the main role of the Horde capitol in the Eastern Kingdoms.
