These guys? Its not quite as blatant as the ones from that Marvel crossover that had Emma Frost as Not Psi Judge Anderson and Definitely Not Mek Quake as heavy support, but they do like they drew some inspiration from it. Blue/black bodysuit with riotcop/salet helmets that emphasise the frowny chins and complement the big yellow shoulderpads and kneepads? About the only thing that stops it from being 1:1 of some obscure other Mega City uniform is the breastplate and symetrical shoulders.
