feel like any potential 6.5 would have to be a prequel, with 7 being a full reset like usual
6's endings are too thematically distinct, just canonizing one and throwing out the others would feel shitty
guess there's the possible Vaati-tier metanarrative of NG+ being acknowledged by ALLMIND so maybe all the endings are simultaneously canon because of time travel or hyperintelligent AI or whatever, but that'd just be a mess
