Unless she reads that all allies are constantly exploding her DoTs or something for immediate value AND that she easily applies them all very quickly either passively like Black Swan or she is just fast and ults a lot, then none of it matters.
So long as she is designed with the expectation that enemy turns tick DoTs, she's going to be a brick in most content. because all the "endgame" is about time trial shit.
