Ralsei and Noelle haven't met properly yet since the story doesn't want Ralsei to meaningfully interact with anyone who can question what he is. Noelle would have straight up asked if he's Asriel, probably. In Chapter 5 assuming Asgore plays a major role the question will become inevitable at last so maybe they finally get to have a chat.
