Did not feel like lifting so I sacrificed volume instead of juts not going at all.
3x4 30 kgs db split squats (I believe it's a new pr as I think last time I used 28 kg dbs at 5 reps)
2x4+1x3 85 kgs leg curls (almost reached a 5th clean rep on the first set, but I'm not counting it as there were like 4-5 centimetres or ROM left at the top)
1x7 110 kgs, 2x5 112,5 kgs calves (both weights are new prs)
Mental how ALMOST adding a 5th clean rep only took one session while ALMOST adding a 4th clean rep took me some weeks (which should be 10-12 sessions).
Maybe this is what you youngsters call retard strength.
